New champion select trolls

So dear riot i have a question about the new champion select - will we be able to report ppl who take for example mid and fill, get a support role and go like "oh i go mid btw i'm not a support", could we get an option that allows us to repot such players in champion select and replace them with new ones? Or is tere another way you guy's are gonna adress the issue?
