I did not deserve this punishment -- literally could not connect even though I had a solid connection the ENTIRE time and had just played a game a few minutes earlier. I closed and reopened league 5 times (couldn't reconnect???) and even restarted my laptop to see if that would fix anything. It didn't.

my speed the entire time. Have not dc'ed once. I made SURE I was on a good connection before I played ranked

I just loaded a game in the practice tool no problem. That's all I can do now because I'm stuck in 20 minute queue thanks to some random issue that's happened one time in the dozens of times I've played league on this connection (its library internet).

Fuck you leavebuster. Bullshit punishment

You don't need excellent DOWN speed to play league. But UP speed, because you need to UPload your actions (packets) to the server. Without UP speed, no LoL. It's like receiving a letter with wrote inside "please answer me soon ! :) ", except you can't answer it because you don't have any stamps. item 2061

And as we can see, there is no upload speed on your screenshot
