Hey flamers :D
Talking shit to your teammates and calling them trash and telling them to quit league will DEFINITELY make them play better. Definitely!

Just played against someone like that, a player who in ranked plays nothing but Tryndamere. He flamed his autofill mid, trashtalked me when I pointed out Tryndamere is a bit overtuned due to conqueror's power with his kit, and most of all, he gave up and inted. Filed a report and got insta feedback from it. Blessed system. (Note: That was the only report i've sent the entire day, so seeing that pop up not even that long (2 mins) after I sent the report tells me he got hit with a suspension or chat ban)
I use to be scum like him, till I saw the light called being a team player. Lowered my toxicity and hit diamond very quickly. Wish people would learn to not flame by now. Friendly banter flame is fine, but straight up toxic is the high offender.[sg-miss-fortune]
Can I try this at home?
No, but they may quit league and wont ruin more games for you and others ;)
If you've fed/done so bad in a game that you lost it on your own, I don't care if flaming makes you play better or not it's already over.
Depends on how they play.
I can understand if they first timed, got countered picked, and I can even see them dying to a bad misplay happens all the time. As long as they try to follow up on the team. Sometimes you just have to wait and scale esp if your team is late game focused.
What I won't tolerate is the jgl afk farming in the jgl right next to the fight in which he can see on his screen cause "gromp important" when you have the utmost clear advantage. Or when someone complains about you ks'ing even when they weren't even in most of your team fights. Or the horrible team mate WHO, never surrenders cause they don't know when their character falls off (or when their teammates falls off) nor have they been even slightly helpful to the team in any team fight and proceeds to go "omg this team garbo" when they have less than 30% kill participation.
I even flame my irl friends cause no one will learn if you don't call out a very very bad play.
again tho depends on how they are playing.
At no time in the history of this game, or any other game, has telling someone they're playing like shit caused them to start playing better.

Giving them constructive feedback such as "play safe", "build defensively", "just wait for others that are ahead to engage", certainly has helped them to play better, oh yes it has, yep. No sarcasm here, not at all, no sir.
Offering helpful advice in a non-condescending way doesn't seem to work either.
Now, my advice is to just shut the fuck up, report the people that troll or feed (intentionally) and move on. If you're truly better than them then you will climb, if not then you will not.
If someone allows the chat to negatively effect their gameplay then they should be punished for being distracted/afk. If you are playing like trash and get upset when people ask you to stop inting and even intentionally play worse then you should just mute all.
Hey people who complain about flamers :D One right click will make a flamer worthless at flaming, also 3 seconds to report them after the game to get them punished also doesn't take much time!
Boosted kids won't improve unless banned but riot doesn't ban trolls so...
You can mute player if he is offensive to you,so problem solved
I never understand keyboard warriors and flamers. Why do so many people think that being bad at a video game makes you worthless in life? Heck, the reason why you're bad might even be because you're working towards a master's degree or are in a prestigious uni/school/job. Meanwhile, keyboard warriors working at McDonald's, living in their mom's basement or are twelve years old pat themselves on the back for winning a thirty minute video game, and sneer because someone on the team hasn't wasted hundreds of hours of their life on a video game. Another thing is, telling someone to harm themselves over a video game is insanely ridiculous. Especially because they wouldn't say those things in real life.

I'm definitely in the 0.1% (non-toxic or least toxic) group. Maybe people just respect support mains more? Prove me wrong.
Its not about making you play better. In fact if im flaming you its probably because i have to the conclusion you cant play any better so i am venting and getting out frustration. Is it wrong? Sure.
reported for using offensive words and a toxic attitude. I hope riot bans you so I can be protected from being offended.
I find it hillarious when these players act like they are SO good, so much better than you. Such a god teir player (in thier own self evaluation) that the can spend the entire game flaming and degrading thier teammates. They verbally abuse and harass thier teams, degrade them and call them every degrading name in the book.
And then justify it with "You are playing like shit, Maybe if the way I am talking to you hurts your feelings then play better" Like them insulting and degrading you, demoralizing you to the point of tilt is JUST THEM TRYING TO HELP YOU PLAY BETTER. Even heard the excuse "You are garbage, you cant call it toxic if its true!"
I have told teammates "You flaming and degrading teammates isnt gonna help them play better, constantly telling them how worthless they are wont improve them. It will stress them out and make them play worse" And then I got told to "stfu and stop complaining" And then when the logical conclusion, natural karma comes by and we lose the match because the player is too busy flaming and degrading his team to play the game.... "OMG why do I get teams like this. Cant carry this dumpster fire team. Report my whole team of feeders for ruining my game"
Your team didnt ruin your game, This is the natural consequence of you being a self-entitled ass and degrading your teammates to make yourself feel bigger. You cant just sit there and act like you were only degrading your team to help them Play better.
