I think too many people get away with trolling and afking

I've had so many people troll and afk in the past few days it's unbelievable. I know it has always been a problem, but I feel like there's even more now. I wish Riot would make a way where if someone afk's in a ranked where even if it's 30 minutes in it doesn't count as a loss for the people who didn't afk. People will still lose their time but at least not their LP. I've said this a thousand times and I'll say it again, I'd rather have someone toxic than someone who is going to troll and afk. At least you can actually have a game with someone who is toxic. All you have to do is mute them and it's done. I've been in my series for Platinum 3 times within the past 3 days. And in each series I've had 2 afk's and 2 trolls. That's not even counting when I wasn't in my series. I just wish Riot would pay more attention to people who troll and afk.
