You harassing people is what got you punished. Has nothing to do with the player self-proclaiming they're working for Riot. It was your attitude. Asking for a report, continuously typing to the negative player creates a negative influence on the rest of team, and insulting players. Never say you're going to report them. Mute them and say nothing else.

Mute. Report. Move on.

Believe it or not, both are against the TOS. Claiming you're going to report someone is essentially you threatening the player with reports for one reason or another, which only serves to agitate or taunt the player into submission. Either way, it's not good behavior. Don't tell people you're going to report them.

Beyond that, in game 1, you were pretty negative and combative with your team.

There isn't much in the way of positive chat here - the only remotely positive bit I saw seems to be directed to either Vayne or Soraka, which would be this:

Fairly early in you seem to argue with one of your teammates.

If the Thresh claimed to be a Rioter to defend against reports of verbal abuse, report them anyway. You'll also want to go here to report them for (potentially) impersonating a Rioter/claiming to be a Rioter.

The Thresh in game 2 abandoned me to roam the map because he felt I was awful from the moment he realized I was playing Xin Zhao bot. In the very same game, I got assists on several Hecarim kills early, but I died getting those assists, and he called me trash. Thresh and Hecarim harrassed me through the game and Thresh said he worked for Riot. I was forced to 1v2 bottom through early game into mid game.

In Game 1, they were complaining about ganks, and Ziggs got caught out roaming. asking where I was while he died at our red. He then ganked top and camped there and I went to defend mid tower when he was complaining that I was useless for ganks while our mid tower was at half health already. I had to mute Ziggs and Galio for harrassing me and my jungling style.
