my brother got perma banned in league when a lucian killed him and all he said was "back to kkk". I know its bad but is it THAT bad?

Regardless of the [current year], some people still going to be racist no matter what. Anonymity brings out the worst in people. Just look at 4chan, or Reddit, or Twitch chat or the YouTube comments section. Riot can try as much as they want, but as long as smurf accounts go unchecked, racism is going to continue to be a part of the community.

No seriously people will always be hateful no matter what, if they get banned for it, that's fine with me (and should be fine with anyone else), but being haughty over something very human, really?
