Chatlogger?
Is there a function or allowed utility that allows one to capture the chatlog from a game or extract it from a replay?

Oh fuck yeah there is, the chat log is saved every game but is not accessible to players. I would know this because i got banned for three months and word for word of three games individually within the week they were played, were some of my most salty vomit. I got so red in the face that even bothering to read the message was embarrassing. don't sweat it. that shit gets saved and trust me, when the AI overlooks the ban, a player behavior support lady by the name of Hana will most likely won't.
I actually think most of my games go positively, but I wanted to be able to track it for greater accuracy...
