I don't deserve a permanent ban. Bring it on riot, smite me down, you know this is wrong.

So I WAS toxic and deserved a 2 week ban. I waited and came back significantly improved determined to change my behavior.

I was doing alright and then my 3rd game I got a lee sin who intentionally trolled, was jungle and didn't even take smite and was D1 and talked down on everyone all game.

When I got permabanned here is the ONE GAME they cited, keep in mind that everyone has bad games and permanent bans are supposedly only given over multiple infractions unless very severe.

That's literally the entire thing. Saying playful banter like "na lee" when I'm super frustrated that he is intentionally trolling and flaming all of us DOES NOT warrant a permanent ban. Riot clearly is just looking for any poor excuse to ban me because my account was in poor standing after my 2 week ban. This is wrong and you know it. How can I possibly reform my behavior when you don't want me to and are just looking for an excuse to ban me? I've played with rioters who they themselves have said worse in game. Am I happy this game? NO. Can I do a little better? I'm working on it. Does this warrant a permanent ban over a single game? Absolutely not.

Edit: Riot send an automated reply to my support ticket and didn't even bother to read my reform card or actually respond. All the hours I played this game and they can't even respond.

The whole "permanent bans are given out for multiple infractions or severe cases" thing is your entire history. Those multiple infractions include what led to your previous punishments as well.

This is ... i guess a negative attitude that no one wants to hear? Even if it is the obvious that you can't win anymore. I wouldn't want to hear that.

Then there are post game chats which aren't in the logs, who knows what you said there.

That being said, does this log deserve a permaban? straight out, no. Will it count as a valid report against you? Yes, it will and it did.

After looking at your logs again, yes, you deserved punishment. You were negative and insulting.

You said nothing wrong to deserve the ban. there have been people who have said WORSE stuff in game and haven't been punished.. leaving me to believe that riot employees do not do their job . I would send in a report ticket saying that the chat was in line with the game and code. Although, considering riot is full of lazy trolls, I doubt you'll get anywhere.

This is the extremely short version of why you're permanently banned. You've had plenty of time to work on your behaviour. But once you receive your 14-day ban, you're not expected to "work on it" any longer. Either you've learned until then, or you'll be permanently banned. And when I say "learned" I don't even necessarily mean that you must have learned how to behave like a model citizen... There are a lot of people who at least learned that they have a problem behaving the way they're expected to and ultimately decided to just not use chat anymore at all. That might not be the optimal solution, but these people are still showing more will to reform than you.

I want to point something out that nobody else here seems to have touched on, and that's the wording of your ban notice:

Your account has received a permanent suspension following an extensive audit of in-game behavior within recent League of Legends matches.

This is NOT the same statement people get when they receive a punishment from the automated systems. This indicates that your account was caught in a hand-audit of the system. Basically, this was manually reviewed, and Riot found your infractions either severe enough or frequent enough to issue a permaban as a result of the review.

My understanding is that pre and post game are checked as well, but not given to you as part of the chat log. Any chance something in there would explain it?

Justified ban.

Almost every single line of text is toxic... maybe not as much as hardcore toxicity but the difference is, hardcore toxicity tends to occur in short bursts, yours is intermediate toxicity that is nearly 100% present.

You deserved it.

From what I see, everyone is against Amara since he/she was banned, everyone is looking down and not even TRYING to understand. You probably say that you DO understand, BS. You won't understand ever unless you've been banned. My account was banned because it was hacked, the hacker spammed links and then lost * and fed and i'm assuming trolled/ was toxic etc. * 3 games. I logged on the day before yesterday after playing lots of CSGO. ( I ahven't been on at all for a couple days ) SO basically i was banned because i got hacked and when i asked support they gave an automaed response saying it was baned for behaivoiur and won't be unbanned. The didn't AT ALL recognice my account behind hacked.
