So here is an example of a toxic player, the one we find all too common, the hate speecher. Not only was I a %%%got, but he told me to kill myself.
One of my best friends was always bullied for being gay, and when he came out in college to his parents, they disowned him and quit paying for his college. He had to drop out and was homeless, and eventually killed himself. Was one of the nicest smartest dudes I knew. I told zed to please stop because of what happened to my friend and he simply told me to "go and join him."
All the while, he and his friend lucian were bullying me for even asking them to stop, calling me a stupid social justice worker, and bragging about how they would never be punished.
I included this screenshot (unedited) in my report at the end of the game. Within 1, maybe 2 minutes, I got a wonderful notice on my screen saying that a player had been punished. I've got a funny feeling it was him.
Thank you riot, for getting rid of this behavior in our community and giving me feedback. It makes me feel like you actually are watching and working hard to keep our community a cool place to rift.
