What kind of report for : Support Xin Zhao with no wards and 5-19 KD
Lately, I've been seeing a lot of these players and I don't know what to do

If he stole farm / jungle camps / didn't stay in lane / didn't help / intentionally fed, then that's reportable as griefing.
Otherwise, it's not.
Meddler recently made a video about off meta picks.intent is the thing to look for. I'd report if he didn't communicate or stated he had no interest being a support.
