4 key fragments dropped at once

Since they rolled it in with the new honor system, it doesn't give you the fragments and other rewards immediately after a game. So when you do get a notification for rewards, it'll lump together anything you've earned from the last few games (anything since the last notification).

Yeah it's random. If you check out the honor page riot has that says all the details and rewards for each tier, it will tell you it's purely by chance. I was lucky and got 4 as well :D Just keep it up being an honorable player.

I actually find this better than the random key fragments you may or may not get after a win.
