Reporting feeders doesn't work

One match we had an autofilled support Garen that trolled the entire match, didn't buy items and finished with a KDA of 1/16/0. I reported him and even wrote a ticket to Riot describing exactly what he did. In response they told me to report him and they pretended to be sorry for my terrible experience. He wasn't punished in any way.

About a month ago I reported a Master Yi jungle that forgot to take smite, started ancient coin and rushed dead man's plate before getting three dark seals. His KDA was 1/6/0. I reported him and I expected to see him punished but he didn't receive any penalty.

Recently I reported a Shen because he wrote "KYS" in all chat. Five minutes after the match I received a notification informing me that he got punished. Feeders bother me more than flamers because I can mute flamers but I can't make feeders not feed.

In conclusion, feeders should be punished as harshly as flamers.

Feeders are punished more harshly than flamers. The problem is detecting and catching them.

Standard poor behavior has 4 steps before a perma. Being banned for intentional feeding places you right at the 14-day ban, with the next being a perma.

The issue is, Riot wants to make sure that a player is actually intentionally feeding and not just playing poorly. Since the number of players makes it unreasonable to expect Riot to go through and manually review each report, an automated system handles most of them. This automated system needs to judge if the feeding was intentional or not and that's a lot harder for an AI to do than determining if someone was behaving poorly in chat.

You can't excuse behavior in chat. You can excuse feeding by it being unintentional.

Int feeding isn't punishable in 99% of cases. Riot doesn't care as much as you do about int feeding. They only care about chat

This is NOT True. Feeding (or getting ganked too much and tilting) bans don't stack with toxic bans. I was banned 14 days for tilting too hard (dying, NOT intentionally feeding) for being ganked repeatedly, not playing safe enough, having our 0 gank mordekasier afk on fountain, etc, then 2 days after I finished that 14 day ban, I got a 10 game chat restriction for flaming.

You are right, feeders are not getting punished, I am following three who feed all the time and they are still playing. One I reported over 4 months ago. So don't listen to this Aerowaffle, he just like to spew shit from his mouth to feel intelligent. Deep down he a just a lonely punk with a big fucking mouth.

Biggest fucking troll in this forum, thinks he knows how people live their lives and what they do. I feel sorry for him, that he needs this much attention.
