When someone is actually possibly cheating. (most details at the end, read before flame pls)

Let me start off by saying i've accused someone of being a hacker twice on my life, both on gears of war 2, both ended up being infact hackers.

I dont care that i fed and lost lane one game, it happens, i didnt try to, i got tower dove and wrecked constantly by pantheon/gragas combo.

However what i couldnt get my head around was the fact Pantheon was hitting the ground a fraction of a second after i see his circle.

I have fought many Pantheons and i have never had trouble simply walking out of his ult when not in cc.

The first time i figured i wasnt paying attention well enough, so i decided to watch more intently, i push tower he had just backed so i kinda assumed an ult in, i was looking and ready, BOOM same exact thing, barely even enough time to PROCESS that i see his circle.

I said something was fishy or buggy with his ult because it wasnt appearing in time, the gragas who was diving me IMMEDIATELY, goes full on flame "LOLOLOLOLOLOL cry more"

I said, "im not upset im losing, im simply stating something isnt right, its not like i have never fought a pantheon before"

My Lissandra said she had noticed it as well, his next ult after i had said something, FULL DURATION, I walked out of it with ease.

I know zero about hacking/scripts/cheats/programs but i can tell you how long it should take pantheon ult to hit the ground, thats for damn sure.

he was getting his ults every time farmed me in lane, was 6-0, after his pro jump in stop? he finishes like 8-7 or something along the lines. Is this a known bug/exploit?
