Why won't my dodge timer reset?

It's been a couple of days since I've last dodged, now I got an 11 minute one, why doesn't it reset? what if I need to go use the restroom and I miss my chance. Dodge timer should reset, after at least 10 games. I just wanna get an s but I can't cause of this stupid dodge timer. I didn't do anything wrong!!! also i dont know what board to pu this in! Does it not reset?

Are you confusing Low Prioty Queue from dodges to ow Priority Queue with Leaver buster?

Queue dodge is an actual timer punishment, but leaver buster is only removed through playing games without AFKing.
