Pc crashing, makes league client repair files and stops me from getting back into game

This bug is so frustrating, My pc crashes, I get the "Your pc ran into a problem, please wait while" and then idk the rest. But when I come back and open league it says it detected corrupted files and has to repair itself, which takes upwards of 40 minutes!!!!! This happens everytime and I feel so bad for my team because, I just left, and I tried to come back but i physically cant.
