We all know how good this feels, and for those who have never experienced it I truly feel bad for you. It's a truly outrageousTaric feeling. FOR ME THOUGH, some would feel better than others to me. Verbal abuse? Good Negative behavior? Not even sure this really happens, but good I guess The other harsher verbal one? Very good. INTENT FEEDING.... Holy shit that lights my fire sorry. I WANNA KNOW EVERY TIME. EVERY. TIME.

We've all ran into the people who refuse to report someone because "it doesnt matter" The report system does feel like the honor system, some ppl do it, but it never actually gets me anything. What if we were told every time someone that we reported is banned? Maybe our reports dont feel like they matter because Riot has to many to handle. Possibly because people just report any time they feel like it, whether it is actually substantial or not. I remember Dota ( that dreaded word on these forums) had a system where you had to "earn" reports. You had a specific amount, and every time someone that you had reported in the past got a punishment of any kind, you received a new one that you could use. I feel this might lead to more substantial reports, and better feeling about knowing that your reports matter.

I reported someone who was named after the Greenbay Packers because I hate the packers. I got the popup that said they were punished.
