How do i report someone in pre-game lobby if either I dodge or they dodge?

i dont think you really can people say they will rpeort you in the lobby because they are planning to do it after the game is done
Most people are the most vulgar pre game because they know its not in the report if even reported :(. A simple vote kick would be nice during pre selection for those special occasions but abused it would be :(
You can report someone even if you didn't play with them. Open a ticket with player support.
