Dr. Mundo/Ekko teleportation bug

Hey Guys,

Wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this. I don't see any frame rate drops, or connection problems. But everything will just stop moving on my screen I can use abilities still but i don't see my cleavers get thrown out. But when it pops back and everything starts moving/working again I see i was landing the moves.

I've only experienced this problem when I play as Dr. Mundo(Poop party skin) against an Ekko using the Sandstorm skin.

I restarted my computer after the first time it happend during game(still won #likeaboss). But it didn't alleviate the problem. I played a few other games and didn't have the problem until I ran into another sandstorm ekko.
