really tired of latest troll fad: Position-Begging, AND their enablers - STOP TRADING POSITIONS!

The people who 'trade' their position because they THINK they are being 'positive' team players are just as much part of this issue as the trolls themselves. It only serves to encourage and reinforce this type of behavior.

More than likely, this person is going to troll the game either way. The only logical decision is to dodge, unless of course, you're cheating, but that's a different discussion.
There is no way to report this low life (other than submitting an ambiguously effective ticket) and he/she will continue to troll future games in exactly the same manner until something is done to punish him.
Incidentally, just checked the match history, he does have a recent history of wins, however going farther back, he seems to have an established pattern of winning with certain champs big time, followed, by a couple MASSIVE defeats, at which point he switches champs.
