When players think that I suck at draven 
because they come to my lane, last hit every kill, build pure glass cannon jungle, take my cs in lane, flame me, and then feed away their lead and sit in base and laugh at me because I can't fight their adc. Then they say 'ks' doesn't matter when I know they are doing it deliberately to report me at the end of the game for 'trying to be tyler 1'.

If you handle these people gracefully in game, you've got nothing to worry about. Best option is to just mute them when they start, and then report them after the game. Even if they try to report you, as long as you've not stooped to their level and started flaming them back, it'll dismiss their report against you as invalid (cause you did nothing wrong). But the one against them will count.
I tried to main Draven, you get haters every game it's super annoying.
Play a char that takes more mechanical skill than Annie and people get so jealous, it's so dumb.
If you get 2 axes spinning and just drop the waterfall on someone and catch like 6 axes they just get mad, every time after that in all chat you get to hear about if you drop an axe or miss a cs.
Went back to playing MF.
