Reporting toxic players elsewhere: the sound of no one giving a fuck

I have played a total of 2 ranked games and in both occasions there were toxic people and on both occasions I got the message of swift justice after reporting. I have played like 200+ normals, with about a 33% rate of toxic players at varying degrees, some were much worse than those ranked games in fact, like being told to kill myself etc and I never got that message of justice. Ever. Not once. Zip. Nada.

It feels very skewed, maybe just a coincidence with the lack games played in ranked. Anyone else?

Edit: It's really strange how people posting here are being extremely aggressive even though I'm not calling anyone out or asking for bans, I'm just making an observation.

Ranked is where people are more consistently toxic, and therefore easier to catch by the system. You don't get punished for one game unless a person uses hate speech or racial slurs. And you are only notified if your report was the last to go through.

How do you confirm that? That means you're also saying I was the only one to report in the ranked matches and the first one to finish a report in all the normals when usually most people just leave the post game lobby immedaitely.

You're literally sitting here telling me to simply trust that they got banned with no evidence that it happened, I don't really understand why you're just shutting down all discussion :T

time for you to flip the argument. Prove without evidence, that those you reported in your normals never got punished.

Now you're saying that each toxic player I've encountered outside of ranked was at the start of a toxic streak in every case (that's around 66 cases) which none of them had any history, would have not even warranted a warning for behavior worse than the ranked games I played and in ranked I caught several people over just 2 matches that had been consistently on a bad streak?

They were generally negative, nothing extreme like hate speech or racial slurs, the most extreme thing I've seen is people asking others to kill themselves and that happened in normals.
