I have noticed a large difference between reporting in ranked vs anywhere else

Reporting toxic players elsewhere: the sound of no one giving a fuck

I have played a total of 2 ranked games and in both occasions there were toxic people and on both occasions I got the message of swift justice after reporting. I have played like 200+ normals, with about a 33% rate of toxic players at varying degrees, some were much worse than those ranked games in fact, like being told to kill myself etc and I never got that message of justice. Ever. Not once. Zip. Nada.

It feels very skewed, maybe just a coincidence with the lack games played in ranked. Anyone else?

Edit: It's really strange how people posting here are being extremely aggressive even though I'm not calling anyone out or asking for bans, I'm just making an observation.

Ranked is where people are more consistently toxic, and therefore easier to catch by the system. You don't get punished for one game unless a person uses hate speech or racial slurs. And you are only notified if your report was the last to go through.
