Begging to take mid, only to rage quits after 3 deaths within 5 min.

Trash Irellia mid is garbage.....begging for mid then being given mid. Only to die 3 times then proceed to rage quits......Can these kind of players just perma-banned them and be done with instead of low priority queue? Hate to see these trolls ruining other players in the future.
