Only playing ARAM. I launch a game, accept it, set up my runes and tab-out or do something else until the game starts (not waiting 1 minute watching at an empty sreen sorry). Someone dodges, I don't accept the next game, I leave the queue. Happens 6 times in a row, and I get a leaverbuster. Kek, punished for someone else's decision that doesn't understand the concept of "ARAM".

So, you rejected a game that was matched? Once the game it's matched (you get the accept/reject screen) leaves is in effect.
I have say through many "accept loops", where I click accept over, and over, and over, because someone didn't click accept. That is far more annoying and disruptive than your "waiting 1 minute watching at an empty sreen".
I have also had to step away in the middle of ARAM champ select only to have someone dodge, the next match timer to run out, and to get Leaver Buster.
You don't whine about it. You suck it up.
This sounds more like a dodge penalty than LeaverBuster. Did it give you a number of games or a timer? Also, if the game allows you to do things in the client while the timer runs, it's a dodge penalty.
Those are the lightest penalty. They only affect you after dodging, and reset the following day. Ranked dodges also have a small LP loss and an instant 'loss' on the game if in Promotions.

You can't get leaverbustered for not clicking accept. IIRC if you don't click accept the game stops searching for matches so you had to afk during queue, not champ select, 6 seperate times for your story to make sense. And then it still wouldn't make sense because you can't get leaverbustered for not clicking accept
