If that's honestly the case, I'm truly sorry since it means you are the lucky one in a hundred million guy taking the hit for all the rest of us. I would, however, like to point some things out:

If you expect everyone to be extremely toxic, it means your perspective is already warped before you even get into the game. It's way easier to attribute negative behaviors to someone if you already expected those behaviors in the first place, and it makes it much easier to also ignore positive behaviors.

I suspect there is a prevailing theme of negativity bias here. The likelihood of all nine other players in every single one of your games being toxic is probably about the same as being struck by lightning, so unless you have legendarily bad luck I'd say it comes down to bias.
My advice to you would be to take a break from Ranked queue for a while and re-acquaint yourself with the good of humanity. League is going to be a miserable experience for anyone if the permanent expectation is for everyone else to be insufferable, and it's worth it to try to find the other side.
