It doesn't feel good to have a very negative player tell people on your team to KYS and then never get a notification if they were punished. So, I'm hoping that maybe that just means you don't always get notified.
You do not always get notified, no. Only the last person to report them prior to the punishment gets the alert message.
You get a message pop up saying a player you recently reported has been punished
you will, if lucky, only get an instant feedback if your report was the last nail on the offenders cross. (some might say the final nail in the coffin). but you won't get a feedback if your report is not the one closing the report chain.
