Can I get banned for having consistently bad games?

I've been doing pretty badly trying out new champs, getting shit on almost consistently.

Then I forgot smite one game

Then fed hard af with Yorick and Morde trying them out

Team always goes "Report <my name>, he blah blah blah"

Man, norms are fun when your team only flames you for trying out new champs :(

Reports merely flag your match for review when a case against you is large enough. If they are false reports the system is very good at throwing them out, so you don't have to worry about them. Just don't retaliate with negativity and threats of your own and you'll be fine. Focus on improving your game instead, everybody has bad matches and losing streaks.

Fun fact, you can report people that ask for reports... So don't get baited into something posting something punishable, just report the asker and move on.

However... maybe you should consider playing a few bots game to get the mechanics of a champ down before taking him/her into a live game? Sure, it's just norms, but you not playing well still affects your team-mates, and checking your record, your deaths over the last few games have been pretty high.

This is a tricky problem for them I'm sure. I hope they take number of games into account. I just played a champ for the first time ever and got POOPED on. went 0-10 the first 15 minutes. Of course I"m going against these guys main chars and my laner and I are trying new champs. I was really worried about this exact situation happening. I was sure to warn the team that it was my first time playing the char and for once nobody flamed me for sucking. I think that does help letting everyone know ahead of time. Ended the game with a win anyway and a record of 1-10-18 but man did we feed bot GOOD.
