Ragers who won't be punished

I wish I knew how to post my replay downloads, but I sadly don't (let me know if there is a way if you know please). That being said< i just played an ARAM game that lasted less then 6 minutes. This is because everyone, but one poor Udyr on the other team loaded in, died early and then individually quit the game one by one. They were all 4 in a group together I assume because it was too close and timed to be just 4 random people. After watching the replay you could even see some of them start walking back to lane turn around and stop for the few seconds it takes when you click quit game before it lets you leave. I just want to know what goes through these kind of peoples heads where they can give up on an entire game that quickly, the first one quit before it even hit 3 minutes. Even after watching it a few times it doesn't even look like there was a possibility of lag because even up until their deaths before the rage quit they were dodging our skill shots and landing theirs and there was no spastic movement or stopping movement usually associated with heavy lag. It just doesn't make sense to me, there isn't even a punishment after since the game ended so fast they probably just queued right up again right after. The worst thing of all is that there is a 90% chance that not even one of them will get even a suspension or low priority queue as a punishment.
