Losing 1 promo game for leaving champ select
Should be removed tbh, sometimes something urgent happens and you have to leave. Leave champ select noone is really damaged, and low priority queue and queue block seem enough.

Leave champ select noone is really damaged
You don't get to determine what's good or bad for the 9 other people in champ select. Having people dodge games especially when champ select has already started is extremely frustrating. If something that urgent happens, it's more important than your video game promo anyway. People want to get into a game as quick as possible and play, which is why there are dodge penalties. People dodging with impunity (mostly because they don't like the matchup...not because of real emergencies) is not healthy for the game.
