Chat restriction for what exactly?

I've pasted the whole thing below. Let's throw some context in before I post it though. Up at 6am, home at 7pm, worked all day. Just wanted to get one or two games in before I workout. First game goes miserably. The time I mentioned messing over the akali, I went to gank her lane, and she watched me die, and then screamed at me. I'm not mad about the chat ban, I could care less. What I'm mad about is that I got screamed at by 3 of my 4 teammates and then they report me all, thinking it's okay to treat people like this. Riot literally just said, "Please, bash your teammates until they get mad back at you and then we'll ban the person you tilted and let you know with a good job message!"

So yeah, I threatened to feed at worst, okay. Never fed, just honestly couldn't focus because I knew 3/4 teammates hated me. Maybe I shouldn't care but I do. So, can someone please let me know what I actually did wrong here that deserves me getting a chat restriction and those 3 mofos getting off free.

Hey there, sorry to hear about your long day - I just had a pretty dang long day myself so I certainly know how it feels to come home and wanna just play a couple relaxing games. I know it sucks wanting that and then having to deal with people like the akali who can't understand that you're trying your best. It really does. I recommend, in the future, just muting them - the possible slight advantage to seeing the unlikely good chat that person has doesn't outweigh your right to have a calm and non-abusive in game environment. If you aren't having fun because someone else is harassing you, please mute them - I'd rather you have fun and miss them saying "they're at baron" once than you have to sit through harassment for your plays.

That being said, you did kinda spend most of your own chat talking about the akali and the other teammates bashing you. I understand it sucks, but know that these people aren't going to just stop because you ask them to. They likely have some sort of superiority feeling that they need to satisfy by belittling you. There's no reason to even respond to that. You mention that 3/4 teammates hated you - what about that other teammate? It's very likely that that one teammate reported all four of you for bickering at each other all game - yes they may have started it but you certainly didn't help by bickering back. A negative in game environment is rarely the result of one person's actions - a lot of time it's because of people going back and forth at each other instead of muting and moving on. Considering you contributed to the negativity in this game, you were restricted. Is this the worst chat I've seen? Not by far. I do think, however, you certainly didn't do anything to help the situation and made the game really unfun for that fourth person who just wanted to relax.
