Mute button is gone for me.

Hello, I never come onto the forums but I can't play this game because the mute button is not there. Currently I'm in the place of the game where everyone just screams at everyone else for why they did bad. I've only tilted once before but after just two games without being allowed to mute players, I'm shaking, although I did feel a slight sense or relief when the perpetrator was sent to the tribunal.

The point is, my mute button is gone, and I'm not playing anymore games until it's back. I don't know if it's a bug or just someone from riot that thought this would be a nice interface idea to move it. If there's a command I can type into the chat box to manually mute a user that would greatly be appreciated.
