I see people say ( and I'm only stating this as a informational quote, I don't wish to offend anyone ) "nibba" quite frequently. We all know what they mean. Please start looking for these when punishing players. I have reported quite a few for saying it and check their op.gg etc later and they just keep on playing, and I doubt this is a rare occurrence.

Dragfin2 votesSlurs are used by ignorant little children. They are too stupid to even be a member of society but society keeps enabling them because society does nothing to squash it. RIOT says it is zero tolerance but you still see it on a regular basis because the punishment handed down is not an immediate ban of the account.
