Chat restrictions are hurting my teammates more than me

One of my accounts is in bronze and these players absolutely need spoon fed and told what to do. The confusion over basics of the game and making plays is huge.

I've had two instances where games were basically lost due to stupid plays, that I couldn't help because of chat ban:

Game 1 - I pick Kindred and steal a Rift from Voli/Amumu. They proceed to kill me while 2 teammates run down. The 4 fools keep fighting while the Rift buff just sits there. And sits there. No one thinks to stand over the purple spot. I'm almost ready to revive and it's still just sitting there. It ends up disappearing before I get there while I ping my team like crazy trying to get them to stand there. Huge buff that would have helped but ended up accomplishing absolutely nothing because my teammates didn't have a clue. I tried to tell them what to do, but I only had 1 message and it wasn't enough.

Game 2 - We grab an ace out of nowhere. 3 people survive and I ping like crazy to go to Baron. What happens? ADC Jinx decides to tank the baron and is at 100 hp in 5 seconds. The whole game was mostly me begging our Kindred to go get hunts and her resisting, while I couldn't persuade her due to the chat ban.

These chat bans aren't punishing me. Personally, I like them, but they are definitely hurting my bronze teammates and I'm not sure why they deserved to be punished.
