Instead of perma banning players they should just have to play the tutroial 10000 times

If the tutorial takes 10 minutes, you're saying they should spend 100,000 minutes playing the game. Which is in fact 69 days of tutorial.

Making new account and getting it to level 30 would take less time than that, lol.
