can we not deal with reported players from prior games

I don't want to be forced to have to deal with or talk to or interact with someone who was toxic in a previous game. There's no reason why they can't be set in a different queue. It's been happening to me a lot lately and I'm getting sick of it. Especially since a great deal of them hold a grudge. I've been trying to put waiting periods in between games but apparently that isn't working. I'm trying to be cordial in all of my games, I'm not perfect, but I have to keep dealing with the same shit over and over. Aside from a /muteall, there's no reason I have to put up with someone that I know will just toss my game.

They have greater chance to be on the enemy team and toss their game. There can only be 4 slots they can be on your team (you being the 5th member) and 5 slots they can be on the enemy team.

If Rito remove players you reported out of your queue, it will lead to massive abuse. It won't just be toxic people you reported. It will then be people who are having a bad game and did not do so well in your previous game. People will basically report at least one or more people every single game as to not be placed on same game with that person next time leading to the IFS/feederbuster system being muddle with invalid reports. It will increases everyone queue time tremendously and unfairly punished someone not having a good game because he cannot be queued with 9 other people in his last game increasing his queue time. Let's not even talk about Diamond/Master/Challenger players' queue time if they get blocked.
