Is this (hypothetically) too toxic?

Let's say, hypothetically of course, that I wanted to learn Shaco Jungle for this season. To do so I join draft pick, and most games I end up in my secondary role because jungle is hard to get.

Now suppose my pick intent says Shaco, and somebody on my team bans Shaco. Is it (hypothetically) wrong to instead lock AD-offtank Swain Jungle and state this clearly in chat in order to make someone jump queue? The strategy worked perfectly to my (hypothetical, not real) expectations, and I was (would be, hypothetically) ready to play AD-offtank Swain Jungle even if the banner hadn't (hypothetically of course) repented his crimes and jumped queue.

I feel bad for those hypothetical souls who have to jump queue for misunderstandings like this, but I also feel bad for players who have their champs banned by teammates. I normally don't care if my champs are banned. The only hypothetical exception for this is when I am first pick, and I only want to play Shaco, and someone bans Shaco.

P.S. Hypothetically: If Teambuilder were re-introduced some day, wouldn't this problem be solved?

Some Pro (can't remember who) played AD swain last season against casters (Demacia vs Noxus showmatch i think). In my games you can Play w/e you want. What I haven't seen yet is nothing I should judge, it might be broken OP and will bring me to a higher elo.

you CAN do what you want, but if there is no viable reason you are doing such, you are open to backlash. ap Zed for instance. 0 ap ratios. but if you can play an off meta build, that is an accomplishment.

I don't understand. You want to play Jungle, but you don't get the role, so you announce your intent to pick a jungler anyways, and then when your team prevents you from doing it, you pick a jungler anyways, but a troll jungler so someone ELSE will dodge?

If I am understanding you correctly, NO, that is not cool. Play the role you are assigned and YOU dodge if the team doesn't suit you.
