Offensive name, reported for the 3rd time.

Using the N word in your chat is enough to cause several people working for riot to have blood shoot from their anus's.

put it in your name however, and all is fine....apparently

Played with this guy 3 times in the past month. Reported him for the same 2 things 3 times now. (not the only one i am sure) unsportsman and offensive name.

Yet there he is again.

why?

also why can I report, ignore and block someone and STILL end up stuck with them in games?
