EDIT - He then banned my pick, went 1/14 and proceeded to ruin the game for everyone.
EDIT 2 - Just got the notification that a toxic player I reported was punished and since that was my only game on that account, it was him.
why would you ban yorick? there is millions of other better bans
Some people have played Yorick on pbe for a while now and probably want to abuse him... But ya trolling isn't cool.
If it helps, they probably would have fed anyways due to their inexperience.
On the bright side, you have proof in chat that it was intentional.
Had a Toxic 3-man premade earlier who flamed me all game and reported me for banning 
because its "Assisting enemy team and Unsportsmanlike conduct"

People in Bronze 5 have nothing to lose lol. Only ban people's intent pick in norms. You should never be negative in ranked. I've given up on my Plat dreams this season and anyone I see being a dick I throw now.
