Hi There. A friend of a friend is saying that this last patch has completely eliminated....um...how

......shall we put this, while still keeping to the forum guidelines.....completely eliminated certain nefarious activities which violate the summoner code.

Is this true?

Here are some snippets, he seems VERY convinced of this. If it's true then that's GREAT news, but I'm a little skeptical. ( Replace the "XXXXX" with the words 'certain nefarious activities which cannot be mentioned' )

if there's i can post the entire exchange which my friends kindly sent me, but the point is that he seems convinced this activity has now been completely resolved somehow. I really hope he's right.
