Matchmaking in flex 3v3 and 5v5 is a joke

Title.

I've done my series for S1 in 3v3 now like 6 times and almost every time I get matched against ridiculous teams.

Like in what world is it fair matchmaking to putting a 3 stack with 2 plat players against 3 random people with the highest ranked being Gold 3?

COME ONNNNNNNNN, I know 3v3's ranks are different but why does this type of variance always seem to emerge in promos. I've noticed in 5v5 flex promos too.

I mean I hate to be crude, but they also have their third member as a Silver 3 (in solo queue) player playing as galio every game for 3v3 so this just reeks of boosting friends to gold....
