So basically my Diana tried to steal my red by flashing and using W while I (Yi) was level 1
Then she, who was supposed to go top, went mid (Rakan was already) and did nothing but feed throughout the game.

Never gonna happen. An automated system can't detect that sort of thing.

People have figured out how easily they can troll games and not get caught. Just troll, stay silent, and report a teammate if they are even slightly verbally aggressive toward you a few times, and the system will punish them while an actual gameplay review will almost never happen as long as you don't have a gaudy INTing stat line.

2/11/11 isnt a feeding score, but yet, she had less cs then your support so i do agree it was questionable.
BUUUT diana just so happens to be on the free rotation, and i dont see any previous diana games, so it was most likely a first time diana. Then this one is only lvl 45, so most likely newer to the game.
So based off the fact that she had 11 assists, implying she was still participating in fights, with a mixed damage build, and still warding decently (relativly speaking) its safe to say it was just a bad game (but was still a douche for not playing her assigned role). But the point being, its not inting, just trolling.
Edit: also according to the kill map, only 5 of the 11 deaths can be considered forward deaths, ergo most of her deaths were on your teams side of the map.
Why didn't you dodge when you saw Rakan mid. ROFL
