So i just got 14 day suspended for my first offense.

dude... This only shows part of a chat-log and you were clearly leaning towards toxicity.
Post all the chat-log. It seems likely that you triggered the IFS with your hate-speech and derogatory language. Or maybe even encouraged suicide, posting your logs will show definitively what happened and this tiny screenshot isn't enough.
