Is this the appropriate board to report someone ELO boosting?

Just need to know if this is the correct board to report someone that is blatantly obviously ELO boosting

Edit: to clarify, there was an account in one of my irl friend's ranked games that was being boosted

Pretty obvious when a bronze 4 player that had a 30% win rate all of a sudden drops all the champs he was playing, picks up ADC out of the blue, and starts dominating every single game

The appropriate place to report someone for elo boosting is at the end of the game with the report function. That is all you need to do.

On the boards there is a rule against name and shaming, so the names in your post will get deleted if you decide to post them here.

Just because one is having a bad game doesn't mean he's intentionally feeding!™
