How to win games,being positive or not:|

So,let me tell about my last 2 games.There was 1 dude in the first game that said he will gift the best player(mvp) in ower team..naturally everybody played to win:))))))but,he didnlt give us shit:((((((..still,we managed to win a lost game:) My second game,i decided to do exactly the same..promised the mvp a gift:)..

The best thing about this was..nobody said 1 word..nobody flamed,we had teamwork and all that kind of stuff:))))..works 100%

Promise them gifts and everybody will tryhard:))))
