Your bot games are flooded with bots on the player team. Reporting does nothing.

You doom all new players to play with bots, bots who literally do nothing but feed or sit in the jungle, they don't even kill minions or go after the dragon or anything remotely useful. It's either that, or get completely destroyed by dickface 5 man smurf teams. There's literally no way for new players to enjoy this game Riot, until you start banning the bots. why won't you do that? They have been around for some time, now. How is it that you can ban people every damn day for shit as low key as fucking macros, but you can't ban bots?

They do ban bots, but they don't do it every day. They ban bots in waves, much like 3rd party script ban waves. Riot bans them in such a way so the creators of the programs have a difficult time knowing how they got detected. Doing such means the bots/script makers don't know what set off the detection and can't fix it

they do it in waves but they seem to do it once a year right before end of season rewards. which is not nearly enough.

how many games do bots ruin in a year? someone who has bought a bot leveled account and gotten 6 months of playtime out of it before getting banned has gotten their money's worth

Keep in mind they want to track these bots back to their creators. They don't want to ban individual bot accounts, they want to shut down bot selling sites and handle it with litigation, not just a simple banned account.

Most of the demand for bots comes from permanent bans and player rank boosting.

They usually ban in waves and on a low frequency to prevent 3rd party program users from figuring out how they were detected.

If they banned frequently, it gives the programmers many more chances to figure out how they were detected because they can change one thing each time they get banned and then they can find the jackpot fairly quickly because the programmers know what Riot is looking for.

Infrequent bans lead to programmers scratching their heads trying to figure out how their program was detected.
