Reporting Spam

So, I have recently been dealing with spammers outside of game (in the PVP.net Client). They seem to be robot accounts that are hocking boosting websites and "free" RP. They are level 1, have no games played, and unfriend me as soon as they send it. The number is about 3-5 per day who friend me and spam. I don't just want to ignore random friend requests, as there are sometimes great friends I find when I play, but I can't think of any other way to stop the spam.

How would I go about reporting this spam? It's not after the game, so their is no "Report Player" button. How do I do it in the client?

U can't. Send a ticket after blocking. Only way

riot wont add a pregame client report system for spammers for this reason alone. if they do it for spammers. they have to do it for everything else. lets say you get reported in a game for toxicity. now. the guy who reported you gets his ENTIRE FRIENDS LIST to report you. so 1 bad game would become even more insta punish than it is already
