Me and some other friends have been secretly spamming reports on a toxic friend for about 2 months

He. Didn't. Receive. any. Single. Consequences... He dosen't even KNOW we are reporting him

Yet he continues to leave games, trash talk and voluntarily feed each times he's triggered (which is pretty damn often). Is your report system actually working Riot? Or is it programmed to ban people who dosen't actually deserves it, like some posts here showcases? Would be fun to see people who deserves it to get consequences from their acts...
