Am I new to people int'ing, dancing during fights, and generaly provoking teammates just so they can screen reactions?

I can't claim to understand the mind of someone who does this, but I know they do it basically all the time and literally nothing happens to them. I've started making a list to see of any of them actually get banned. Note that this list is just for obvious feeders, not for people that are just bad. Being bad is ok, you can get better. I mean shit like this. <removed by moderation>
