Queues of 3 and 4 refuse to communicate to the solo players, then after the game they talk shit to them, including me. Why is this not reportable nor bannable? Refusing to cooperate/communicate with the team?
I can mind read other players. I expect them to do the same. So I don't type... neither should they. But you already knew this. And I knew that you knew this. But I didn't know that you knew that I knew that you knew. This is where we begin.

Well,major reason is cause not everyone can speak english. Riot trying to force people to communicate when its possible that they cant would be ridiculous. Also, what game ever tried to force communication? If people dont want to talk to you its their choice. Now, if they flame you, its different matter. Flaming is reportable
There is no rule that says you have to chat, if you think there should be, then that is a valid opinion, but it isn't part of Riots rulebook.
If they are toxic in post game chat, however, you can report them for that.

Because I came here to play league not typing instructor.
In ranked I don't say a single word because im focused on my gameplay and winning. Typing during a game is fine in normals but pretty detrimental as its distracting.
Plus some people mute all and that's cool too
If they talk shit to you after game, then you should report them and specify it was for after game speech.
As long as they're pinging, I'm fine.
Because not typing is the only way to ensure I keep my account. I don't like to type in game cuz i'll go full flame mode on ur ass.
