Queues of 3 and 4 refuse to communicate to the solo players, then after the game they talk shit to them, including me. Why is this not reportable nor bannable? Refusing to cooperate/communicate with the team?

archerno13 votesWell,major reason is cause not everyone can speak english. Riot trying to force people to communicate when its possible that they cant would be ridiculous. Also, what game ever tried to force communication? If people dont want to talk to you its their choice. Now, if they flame you, its different matter. Flaming is reportable

In ranked I don't say a single word because im focused on my gameplay and winning. Typing during a game is fine in normals but pretty detrimental as its distracting.

They type enough to talk shit, but not enough shit to get banned for. They don't mute me, they just refuse to respond to anything I say or ping.
