Amazed how no one at Riot doesn't even think about adding a chat report for champion select or for it to record chat, got to love trashes who tell others to go die or they will feed if the noob won't get their lane.
Sarutobi2 votesThey do actually check post/pre game chat, as well as being able to look up private messages from the ingame client. Just because they dont show it in the chatlog doesnt mean they dont record it at all!

Thats GM power not the stupid report system power. Tell me has Riot ever look into these cases? You need to stop sucking up to Riot defending them all the time when you know there is a flaw in the system that they never seem to update or add.

^^^^ and this is how people always gets away from getting ban/suspended. Never once saw a person get punish by champ select chat.
