No, you can't. There's nothing against buying certain items on certain champions. Doesn't matter if it's ranked or normals or even aram. All you can do is ask why they're building it and maybe suggest something else depending on the response. But that doesn't mean you always should.

Some item builds work, others don't. All you can do is see how well the person does with the items and if it's not working well then you SHOULD suggest they try a different item(s). But expect a toxic response if you do, some players don't take criticism very well.

i mean. in normals. whatevers. but. people put time in ranked me and you. why can someone just decide to waste 40 minutes if not more of your time just because simply they can without getting punished?.

I don't care much for ranked, and haven't even bothered with my promos this season. :p

And, if it's normals then maybe, JUST MAYBE, they're testing to see how well it works? Some people do actually play normals for that reason and not to troll.

am just saying. there is a reason. we have a normal mode. and a ranked mode. I mean I can go and build ad soraka and go top lane and lose 20 matches in a row. that would be fine with yall?

That would personally depend on your end game K/D/A. If you're K/D/A is something like, say, 20/3/1 and you still lose then it was just a loss for reasons. But if you went 0/40/18 I'm reporting for feeding as that's showing you're making it impossible for others to have fun by feeding the enemy.

There's a difference between just losing and straight up feeding after all. After all, my largest loss streak was 15 games. Most being with my main champions Sona and Lux.
